The research program was launched in March 2022 by the "Dr Shivani Johari Space Innovation Wing" of OrbitX India Aerospace. So that now researchers who have interest in space science from all over the country come forward, and cooperate in research to make Orbitx's reusable launch vehicle "AtalYaan" a success. This also gives an opportunity to all the researchers to develop their skills in space science.
The Undergraduate, Graduate, PG, PhD , Researchers and Universities can participate
OrbitX India does not get any external funding to run this space research program and researchers ID cards, certificates and scientific advisors are provided to the currently registered candidates in this project, as well as the team and technology are used to manage this platform. Hence 398/- is taken as registration.
In this there are 2 steps for registration, in the first stage online registration has to be done, in the second stage the enrollment form has to be submitted.
Enrollment numbers are issued on the website at 10:00 PM IST on the same day after successful registration. Notifications are sent on registered email as soon as it is issued.
After the enrollment is issued, you are provided with RAL dashboard to start your research from where researchers, interns can start their activities.
The main reason why the confirmation email is not received is because you have entered the wrong email address at the time of registration, in this case contact support@orbitx.in.
- The project acceptance letter is issued on the day of registration which you can download from the RAL dashboard.
- Research ID card can sometimes take 3-7 days.
- The certificates depend on your project and the duration of the project. And you can also get the certificate by requesting your scientific advisor.
Same process for internship.
Researchers can stay connected for lifetime, Orbitx India offers lifetime membership and opportunity to grow based on your successful idea, and after selection salary is given on the basis of fixed employment.
Learn-by-Doing Space course is for those candidates who have less knowledge of space science which is taught through Learn-by-Doing Space course scheme.
